Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inclass platform ("Platform"), provided by Unlikly, a company based in Zambia. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue using the Platform immediately.

Use of the Platform

Inclass provides a platform for connecting students ("Students") and tutors ("Tutors") for online tutoring sessions. All interactions should be conducted within the Inclass Classroom, which is designed to facilitate smooth communication and dispute resolution.

Prohibited Uses: Users may not engage in activities outside the scope of tutoring, such as promotional advertising or non-educational content.

Inclass Wallet

The Inclass Wallet is a digital wallet designed to facilitate the payment of lessons and tutor payouts. It is not a banking service and should not be used for long-term storage of funds or banking purposes.

Recharging Your Wallet: Students can recharge their Inclass Wallet. A 5% deposit fee applies, which is added to the recharge amount to cover payment processing fees by Pawapay. For instance, if you intend to recharge ZMW 100, you will be prompted to deposit ZMW 105.

Withdrawing Funds: Tutors can withdraw funds from their Inclass Wallet into their Airtel or MTN mobile money accounts. A 3% service fee applies when transferring funds to a mobile money wallet. This fee is charged by our payment provider, Pawapay, and not by Inclass.

Payment and Tutor Rates

Tutors set their own rates, and Students are billed according to those rates. Inclass retains 17% of the tutor's rate as a service fee upon the confirmation of a lesson.

Example: If a tutor charges ZMW 100, Inclass will retain ZMW 17, and ZMW 83 will be credited to the tutor's Inclass Wallet after the lesson is confirmed.

Missed Classes

If a class is missed, the system will automatically attempt to reschedule it for the following week at the same time, provided the slot is available. Students can reschedule classes to any available time slot. If a student or tutor frequently misses classes without valid reasons, penalties may apply, such as account suspension or termination.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Students must provide reasonable justification for requesting a refund. Refund requests should be sent to support@unlikly.com with the following details:

  • Date and time of the class
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Tutor's name

Refunds are processed within 30 days and are credited back to the Inclass Wallet. Additional fees from Pawapay may apply to refunded amounts.

Account Management

Account Limitations: Users may not create more than two accounts (one as a Tutor and one as a Student). Users are prohibited from sharing account credentials with third parties or transferring their account to another individual.

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and will be liable for any activity that occurs under your account. Inclass is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account information.

Tutor Verification

Tutors must provide government-issued identification and educational credentials during the verification process. These documents are deleted after verification.

Inclass does not endorse or make any representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of any information provided by the Tutor within the verification procedure.

Inclass cannot confirm that each User is who they claim to be. You agree and understand that you assume all risks when using the Services, including without limitation any and all of the risks associated with any online or offline interactions with other Users.

When interacting with other Users, you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety and property, just as you would when interacting with other people you don't know. Neither Inclass nor its affiliates or licensors is responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any User of the Services. Inclass, its affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any claim, injury, or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Services.

Termination

Users may stop using the Platform and delete their accounts at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so through your account settings or by contacting support. However, certain information may be retained to ensure the integrity of the platform (e.g., transaction history, lesson bookings) and to comply with legal obligations.

Inclass reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited.
